Hot Inventor Tips! A person would have to have their head buried in the sand in order to not know that everyone's economy is in for some extremely rocky roads for at least, the rest of this year. Past recessions have shown a history of weeding out the weakest companies, those who have not fully embraced technology and modernize their operating conditions. This recession is no different. As President Obama indicated in his recent speech, sacrifices will have to be made by all. How we address these sacrifices and how we change the way we work will determine our survival as companies.

Problem With Running Content Center After Renaming Server - Solution by cadgroup austrailia

  • Check the windows task manager if any instance of process Connectivity.admsconsole.exe is running, if there is terminate the process.
  • Go to start>run Type in cmd and hit enter.
  • At the Command Prompt, type in the following: C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Data Management Server 2009\ADMS Console\Connectivity.ADMSConsole.exe –OsiteRename –SNOserver –SNNnewserver –DBUsa –DBPAutodeskVault
  • REPLACE “server” with your old server name REPLACE “newserver” with your new server name.
  • Hit enter Restart ADMS 2009 and trying logging in with administrator and the user and no password.
  • Editor Note: If you have installed ADMS in an alternate location, replace the path shown in pink above with your path.
