This class is available only to Inventor Instructors at the Middle School/High School and College/University Level. This is a two day Live Web Class.

Topic: Inventor Instructor Training

Description: This class is available only to Inventor Instructors at the Middle School/High School and College Level. Proof of employment at a qualifying school is required.
This class will cover the basics of teaching Inventor to students. A certificate will be provided at the end of the class, along with 2 CEU units.
Completion of all assignments is required for class credit.

At the end of this class you will be able to:

Provide a structured environment for student success
Teach proper design techniques using parts and assemblies
Produce drawings to ANSI and other standards

Who should attend:

Instructors at public and private institutions
New Instructors of Inventor
Current Instructors who have not received formal instruction.

This Skill Builder class will get students familiar with the old and new technology of Inventor 2009/2010. Ample time is available for question and answers every session.

Hardware/Software Requirements:

Properly configured CAD System with Windows XP, Vista or Windows 7 (Adobe Flash must be installed prior to the meeting

Sound card and speakers or optional headset for audio communication. No telephone call-in available.

Hi-Speed Internet Access (DSL, Cable, FIOS (Fiber Optic) or other Broadband Access is required).

1280x1024 Full color resolution or higher, recommended, 1024x768 minimum. Preferences: 17" or larger monitor.

Optionally, dual monitors will provide the best experience, your Inventor session on one monitor, the Live Meeting course on a second monitor.

If you have a large audience, you may utilize a conference room/training room with optional projection. Speakers will be required for sound. Questions may be asked via the Q&A Dialog.

Autodesk Inventor 2009, 2010 or Inventor 2011 is required. Educational versions are acceptable. Free educational software is available from Autodesk.
